Initially, I was intrigued by the premise. An "average-looking protagonist" navigating a new world with a harem of classmates? Sounds like a recipe for some chaotic fun. However, the initial chapters felt like a bit of a slog. It took a while for the story to really find its footing, and I found myself wanting it to move faster.
What Works Well
The humor is definitely a strong point, when it hits. There's a certain absurdist quality to it, and the MC's internal logic can be downright hilarious.
