Image Translation Services

User Responsibility for Uploaded Content

By uploading any image to Novel Translator's image translation services, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• You are the rightful owner of the image, or you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, authorizations, consents, or permissions from the copyright holder to upload, process, translate, reproduce, and distribute the image.
• The image does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, moral rights, or any other legal rights of any third party.
• You will not upload images containing illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or otherwise unlawful content, or content that violates the rights of any third party.
• You assume full, sole, and exclusive responsibility for any and all consequences arising from your use of the image translation service, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, trademark violation, trade secret misappropriation, or other intellectual property disputes.
• You have obtained all necessary consents from any individuals depicted in uploaded images, where applicable, including consent for the processing and translation of such images.

No Ownership or Provision of Images

Novel Translator does not own, license, provide, host, distribute, or otherwise make available any images, illustrations, manga, manhwa, manhua, comics, or other visual content. All images processed through the service are uploaded solely by users at their own discretion and risk. Novel Translator functions exclusively as a translation tool and does not curate, recommend, endorse, or assume any responsibility for any uploaded content. The presence of any content on the platform does not imply any association with, endorsement of, or license from any rights holder.

No Data Retention

Novel Translator does not store, retain, archive, cache, or log any images uploaded through its image translation services. All uploaded content is processed in real time and permanently discarded from our servers immediately upon completion of the translation. No copies, cached versions, thumbnails, or derivatives of uploaded images are retained. Novel Translator has no ability to retrieve, reproduce, or provide copies of previously uploaded images.

Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the image translation service is at your sole risk. Novel Translator provides the image translation service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. You are solely responsible for determining the legality, appropriateness, and permissibility of any content you upload, translate, or distribute using the service.

Indemnification for Image Translation

Termination

General Indemnification
