Description
Sawada Tsunayoshi was at first reluctant to care for a 12-year-old child, Rokudo Mukuro, who was a subject of illegal experimentation and had gone through ab*se since he was born. Despite the rough start, they eventually got along well and Tsuna had accepted Mukuro as his family. But for Mukuro, his love for the older man was beyond that of familial love. There’s obsession and lust in his love despite the 10 years of age difference between them. As he grew older and began to understand these emotions, his desire was also getting out of his control. Older, sensible, and caring Uke (Tsuna) VS Younger, cunning and beautiful Seme (Mukuro).

My Thoughts on Across Thousands of Stars
Alright, let's dive into "Across Thousands of Stars." This one's been on my radar for a little while, and after taking a look, I've got some thoughts to share.
First Impressions
Jumping in, the premise is definitely intriguing. The idea of an MC raising the ML, especially with that whole "innocent kid turns into a hungry wolf" dynamic, is a trope I can definitely get behind. It hints at some potentially delicious tension and power dynamics.
What Works Well
The core appeal seems to be in that central relationship. Many readers appear to enjoy the dynamic of a seemingly naive MC unknowingly raising someone who is destined to become their love interest. The gradual shift in power and the eventual "devouring" of the rabbit by the wolf is a major draw. I can see the appeal – it's a classic setup with the potential for a lot of angst and yearning.
Areas of Concern
However, it seems the execution might be a little shaky in certain areas. The MC, Tsuna, appears to be a point of contention for some. I've seen criticisms about his characterization, with some finding him naive, dull, and overly dependent. This lack of depth and development could definitely detract from the overall experience, especially if you're looking for a strong, well-rounded protagonist. I also noted that the character Reborn was mentioned as not being liked.

Final Verdict
Overall, "Across Thousands of Stars" seems like a story with a lot of potential that might not be fully realized for every reader. If you're already a fan of the Katekyo Hitman Reborn series and are specifically looking for a 6927 fanfic with a particular focus on the "raising a love interest" trope, this might be right up your alley. However, if you're hoping for a standalone novel with deeply developed characters and nuanced plot, you might find yourself a little disappointed. Ultimately, I'd say proceed with cautious optimism and be aware of its fanfiction roots.
