The romance between An Bu and Jian Ningxuan is undeniably sweet and quick-paced, drawing you into their unconventional relationship from the start.
What Works Well
The core strength of this novel lies in its central couple. Their dynamic is truly captivating; the "walking-AC" and "portable heater" finding comfort in each other is both heartwarming and humorous. I found myself completely invested in their journey as they navigated life, saved countless individuals, and slowly fell in love.
