Okay, that title is a mouthful, right? "Life of a Reincarnated Celebrity..." certainly sets the stage. We're diving into a world of second chances, showbiz, and a protagonist driven by a very specific goal: saving his idol. The premise itself has potential, a blend of wish fulfillment and high stakes. But as I started reading, I found myself a bit… conflicted.
What Works Well
Once the story gets rolling, particularly when Raita actually starts his idol journey, it becomes a lot more engaging. The actual process of becoming an idol, the nitty-gritty of the entertainment industry, and the challenges Raita faces are where the story shines. There's a certain charm in watching him navigate this new world, especially if you're into the behind-the-scenes aspects of celebrity life. I will admit, the main character's dedication is something to be admired.
Areas of Concern
However, I can't ignore some of the issues that cropped up early on. I noticed some readers found the initial setup difficult to swallow. The main character's single-minded focus on his idol, sometimes at the expense of other relationships, can feel a little jarring and even, dare I say, obsessive. Also, the "training montage" felt a little too convenient. Eight years of self-training to become an idol? It stretches believability a bit.
