After diving in, I have some thoughts.
First Impressions
The initial hook is strong. A cowardly protagonist gets a second chance at life, only to find his ex-girlfriend, who dumped him in the most hurtful way possible, is now intensely fixated on him. It's a recipe for drama, comedy, and maybe a little bit of "what the heck is going on?"—which I'm generally here for.
What Works Well
The dynamic between the MC and FMC is undeniably the driving force. The slow-burn romance is actually quite welcome. The MC's passivity can be frustrating. While his reluctance to trust the FMC is understandable, his inability to set boundaries and constantly being manipulated by her felt a bit much at times.
