Initially, I was drawn in by the dynamic between the female lead (FL) and the disabled male lead (ML). The FL's compassionate nature and the ML's hidden darkness hinted at a compelling narrative. The early chapters set a promising stage, suggesting a story with depth and intrigue.
What Works Well
The romance, particularly the ML's yandere tendencies, is undeniably a strong point. It's clear that the story leans heavily into this aspect, and if you're a fan of black-bellied, obsessive love interests, this might be right up your alley. The FL's character, despite not being heavily involved in the political scheming, is genuinely caring, which contrasts nicely with the ML's manipulative nature.
