The MC's drive to evolve and eventually regain human form is compelling, and the blend of Western high fantasy with Chinese cultivation elements creates a unique, if sometimes strange, world. What Works Well
The power system is definitely a strong point. I wish more time had been spent developing the initial Earth setting before whisking the MC away to a completely new environment.
