My Thoughts on A Bottle of Mineral Water Per Second to Conquer All Goddesses!
First Impressions
Okay, so "A Bottle of Mineral Water Per Second to Conquer All Goddesses!" definitely grabbed my attention with that title. I dove in expecting a wild ride, and honestly, that's pretty much what I got. The initial chapters are a bit rough around the edges, bordering on what some might call "trashy," but I was willing to see where the story went. The premise is unique – a post-apocalyptic world where the MC unlocks resources by, well, acquiring a harem. It's definitely a power fantasy, and it doesn't shy away from that.
What Works Well
The story's strength lies in its ability to constantly introduce new elements. Just when I thought things were getting stale, the author would throw in a curveball, like a sudden shift into Warhammer 40k territory with Tyranids and Warp shenanigans. It's bizarre, but it kept me engaged. I also appreciated that the MC, despite his ruthlessness, isn't entirely evil. He's pragmatic, which makes his actions, even the questionable ones, somewhat understandable in the context of a brutal apocalypse. The harem aspect, while central, is at least somewhat justified by the resource-unlocking mechanic, which adds a layer of strategic depth to what could have easily been pure wish fulfillment. I found myself surprisingly invested in the MC's progression and how he navigates this crazy new world.
Areas of Concern
While the constant introduction of new elements kept things fresh, it also led to a lack of focus. The story sometimes feels like it's deviating too far from its post-apocalyptic roots, prioritizing the harem-building aspect over everything else. I also found the MC's power growth to be a bit too rapid. He essentially becomes a god in a matter of months, which makes it difficult for other characters to keep up and necessitates the introduction of increasingly powerful enemies, which feels a little forced. The details can also get a bit fuzzy, especially when it comes to logistical things like how the MC manages to gift someone hundreds of tanks in a residential zone.

Final Verdict
"A Bottle of Mineral Water Per Second to Conquer All Goddesses!" is a flawed but ultimately entertaining read. It's a raw, unfiltered power fantasy that doesn't take itself too seriously. If you're looking for a deep, thought-provoking story, this isn't it. But if you're in the mood for some mindless fun with a unique premise and a constant stream of new developments, you might just find yourself hooked. Just be prepared for some questionable decisions and a healthy dose of harem antics. I'd give it a solid 3.5/5.
