Initially, I was intrigued by the idea of a modern woman transmigrating into a novel as a substitute for the male lead's "white moonlight." The potential for comedic situations and romantic development seemed promising. The beginning definitely hooked me.

The novel does have some strengths. The male lead, Yu Junbai, is portrayed as a strong and handsome character, and the dynamic between him and the female lead, Tang Wan, definitely has its moments.
