Description

First Impressions
The initial chapters hooked me with the classic switched-at-birth drama and the promise of a powerful female lead reclaiming her life. The premise is definitely intriguing, and the early focus on the MC rebuilding her strength in all aspects of her life had me eager to see where the story would go.
What Works Well
The family dynamics, particularly the doting older brothers, were a definite highlight for me. The author did a great job of creating a loving and supportive environment around the MC, which provided a nice contrast to the trashy biological family. I especially enjoyed the character of Xiao Jing, whose humor and caring nature made him a standout. The male lead is also well done and the depth of his emotion is felt throughout the story.

While it offers moments of enjoyable family dynamics and a satisfying power fantasy, it's ultimately weighed down by its problematic elements and rushed ending. If you're able to overlook the flaws and enjoy a fast-paced, somewhat shallow read, you might find some entertainment here. However, I can't wholeheartedly recommend it due to the serious issues mentioned above.
