The premise is definitely unique: a couple gets a second chance to rewrite their relationship after a lifetime of miscommunication and imbalance. The short length (only 14 chapters) immediately appealed to me. I knew I could devour it in one sitting, and I was curious to see how the author would handle such a complex theme in a concise format.
What Works Well
What I appreciated most was the realistic portrayal of the characters' flaws and growth. The ML starts out as a spoiled, pampered individual, and the MC is a bit of a pushover, always prioritizing others' needs over his own. However, the story doesn't shy away from showing their vulnerabilities and the reasons behind their behavior.
The "wife-chasing" element is definitely present, but it's handled in a way that feels earned. The ML has to confront his past actions and genuinely work to win back the MC's trust and affection.
