My Thoughts on Seduction Game
"Seduction Game" promised a quick and steamy read, and honestly, it delivered. This office romance dives headfirst into mutual pining and seductive games between two oblivious coworkers. While the plot isn't exactly Shakespeare, it doesn't need to be. It's a short, sweet, and spicy story that hits the spot if you're looking for something light and fun.
First Impressions
Going in, I knew this was a short story, so my expectations were set accordingly. I was ready for some lighthearted flirting and maybe a bit of heat. What I wasn't expecting was how genuinely cute the dynamic between the main characters, Gu Xia and Ji Zheng, would be. The premise of two people trying to seduce each other while secretly crushing hard is classic, but the execution here is surprisingly charming.

The biggest strength of this novel is the palpable sexual tension. The author does a fantastic job of building anticipation throughout the four chapters, making the eventual payoff all the more satisfying.
