The initial chapters hooked me with the idea of a protagonist actively working to subvert the typical male-lead tropes and empower the female characters around her. This felt like a refreshing twist on the standard cultivation story. The overpowered nature of the main character was also a definite draw, and I was eager to see how she would use her abilities to change the narrative.
What Works Well
The early parts of the story are undeniably entertaining. The MC's cleverness and proactive approach to dismantling the male lead's schemes provide a satisfying sense of schadenfreude. I particularly enjoyed the focus on developing the female characters and fostering relationships between them, especially the budding romance between the MC and the FL. The progression felt smooth and enjoyable, drawing me into their world.

However, as the story progressed, I felt that some aspects began to falter. The pacing became uneven, and certain plot points felt rushed or underdeveloped. I noticed some missed opportunities for deeper character exploration, particularly regarding the MC's past trauma.
