I was expecting a typical cultivation school story, but I quickly realized that the academy portion is really just a launching pad. It serves as a brief introduction to the world and the MC's initial resource gathering phase, before things escalate significantly.
What Works Well
The novel shines in its world-building and the unique premise of a World Creator MC. The power scaling is handled well, with the MC being quite powerful compared to his peers but not absurdly so, given his unique background. I found the shift from a seemingly generic school setting to a broader interdimensional conflict incredibly engaging. The plot unfolds at a good pace, constantly raising the stakes and introducing new challenges for the MC. The action sequences are well-written and exciting, keeping me hooked throughout the story.
