Once again, that man asked her: “Lu Yao, marry me.” Thinking of her outcome in her past life, Lu Yao politely declined. She only wanted to live a quiet and calm life. He gazed into her eyes deeply, and casually pulled at his cuffs. With a smile, he spoke, “Other than me, who dares to marry you?”

The premise is intriguing: both the female lead (FL) and her ex-husband, the male lead (ML), are reborn, giving them an opportunity to rewrite their history. However, the execution felt rushed and some of the character choices left me scratching my head.
First Impressions
Initially, I was hooked by the idea of a meek FL getting a chance to become a strong, independent woman. The showbiz setting added a layer of glamour and intrigue. The early chapters hinted at a clever and determined protagonist ready to take control of her destiny.
What Works Well
The concept of dual rebirth is definitely a strong point. It sets the stage for potential character growth and explores the complexities of a past relationship. I also appreciated the FL's initial drive to build a successful career and avoid repeating her past mistakes. The fast-paced nature of the story might appeal to some, providing a quick and easy read.

The ML's obsessive behavior after his rebirth also raised some red flags.
