The initial chapters grabbed my attention immediately. The author did a fantastic job setting the stage, painting a vivid picture of the MC's suffocating feelings and the dark undercurrents of his new life. I was hooked, eager to see how he would navigate his complex relationship with his adoptive father and carve out his own path.
What Works Well
I appreciated the author's descriptive writing style, which brought the characters and their emotions to life. The action scenes were well-executed, and I enjoyed the MC's growth as he adapted to his new reality.
