Description
In the presence of the entire interstellar populace, after the beautiful and delicate Insect Queen had her glands removed, she received a video call from the insectoid race. The five exceedingly proud monarchs of the insectoid race were intrigued for the first time; they wanted to meet the legendary Insect Queen who was supposed to bring the entire insectoid race to submission. The beauty’s complexion was pale, and the honey-like tint in her eyes and warmth had gradually faded away. She curved her lips into a cold smile and said, “Trust me, you won’t want to see me.” After countless years, the evolved insectoid race no longer required a queen to control them. Therefore, when the Insect Queen, born thousands of years later, came into existence, she was immediately faced with the destiny of being hunted and killed. But how could those lofty monarchs know that the pheromones of the queen were not a tool to suppress the monarchs but rather a shackle on the queen herself? The Insect Queen never needed the insectoids; the insectoid race needed the Insect Queen. The bond between the insectoid race and the queen is founded upon a deeply ingrained love within the species, a love that’s engraved in their genes. She was meant to be the most generous gift from the creator. Their most painful realization was that the moment the pheromone connection was severed, they would forever lose her, as they wished in the beginning.

My Thoughts on Absolute Submission
"Absolute Submission" throws you headfirst into a futuristic omegaverse with aliens, betrayals, and a whole lot of angst. As a fan of the genre, I was immediately intrigued by the premise of a Zerg Queen hiding amongst humans and the drama that ensues.
First Impressions
The initial setup is fantastic: a female lead (FL) who's essentially the most powerful being in the Zerg universe but is desperately trying to avoid that destiny. Her solution to hide her pheromones – pretending to be an omega and getting marked by human alphas – is a clever way to kick off the story and introduce the initial love interests. The tension between her desire for a normal life and the looming threat of her true identity is palpable.
What Works Well
The wife-chasing crematorium arc is where this novel truly shines. The idea of the Zerg leaders, who initially despise and even try to kill the FL, being forced to confront their actions and desperately seek her forgiveness is incredibly appealing. The emotional abuse they endure due to their past behavior adds a delicious layer of complexity. I'm a sucker for well-executed regret and redemption arcs, and it sounds like this novel delivers that in spades. The plot itself is surprisingly engaging, even with the NSFW content.

Final Verdict
Despite the potential for frustrating translation issues and the abundance of ads on certain raw sites, "Absolute Submission" sounds like a wild ride for those who enjoy dark, angsty reverse harems with a sci-fi twist. The wife-chasing crematorium arc and the emotional turmoil of the Zerg leaders are definite draws. If you're willing to wade through some potentially rough patches, the payoff could be well worth it. I'm personally intrigued enough to give it a shot, especially if proper translations become available.
