What a mouthful of a title! After diving into this web novel, I definitely have some thoughts. It's a wild ride of fantasy, adventure, and yandere-fueled romance, but it's not without its quirks.
First Impressions
Initially, it took me a few chapters to really get hooked. The beginning felt a bit like an extended prologue, setting the stage for the MC's eventual expulsion. It's clear from the start that our protagonist is surrounded by adoring, if slightly obsessive, childhood friends.
What Works Well
I appreciate that the protagonist isn't portrayed as completely clueless. He's aware of his companions' affections, which adds a layer of complexity to his desire to leave the party. I also found myself sympathizing with his feelings of inadequacy. He's not weak in an absolute sense, but compared to his exceptionally talented teammates, he feels like he's lagging behind. This desire to contribute meaningfully, and not just be "background support," is relatable.

One thing that slightly bothered me was the lack of clear progression. While the story is ongoing, I'm hoping to see the protagonist develop his own unique strengths and find a way to shine without relying on a sudden power-up. I think it would be more satisfying to see him grow organically.
