Initially, I was drawn in by the premise of a reborn protagonist leveraging her past life to secure her family's future. The early chapters did a solid job of establishing Florentia's intelligence and determination. The manhwa adaptation also piqued my interest, as the art style is gorgeous and really brings the characters to life.
What Works Well
One of the strongest aspects is Florentia herself. She's not an all-knowing Mary Sue, but rather a clever and resourceful character who learns and adapts. I enjoyed watching her navigate the political landscape and use her knowledge to outsmart her rivals. The family dynamics, particularly her relationships with her father and grandfather, were heartwarming and added depth to the story. Perez, the male lead, is also a highlight. His devotion to Florentia is endearing, and their interactions feel natural and unforced. I appreciated that the romance wasn't rushed, allowing their bond to develop organically. The intricate political maneuvering and business management aspects kept me invested, and I found the world-building to be well-developed and engaging.
