This web novel was quite the ride, a unique blend of fantasy, action, and a touch of gender-bending thrown in for good measure. The premise alone grabbed my attention: a guy gets stuck in the body of his game avatar, a world-destroying witch named Olivia, only to find out that the NPCs remember the genocide route he took. It's a recipe for chaos and, thankfully, the story delivers.

Initially, I was a little thrown off by the translation. There were definitely moments where I had to pause and reread to fully grasp what was happening. However, I found that as I got further into the story, the translation improved, or perhaps I simply got used to the style. Either way, it didn't detract too much from my overall enjoyment.

The concept of regressors – NPCs who remember Olivia's destructive past – is brilliantly executed. Watching Olivia navigate these relationships, trying to earn their trust after essentially deleting them in a previous life, was fascinating. Despite the focus on character interactions, the world felt vibrant and alive, with its own distinct cultures and histories. I especially appreciated the detailed backstories of some of the key regressors like Melina. The time travel element, while potentially confusing, was handled skillfully, adding another layer of complexity to the plot.

Areas of Concern

While I enjoyed the overall narrative, I did find some parts of the story felt a bit rushed, particularly towards the end. Certain regressors didn't get the screen time they deserved, leaving their stories feeling somewhat incomplete. I also felt that Olivia's characterization was a bit inconsistent, especially in the second half of the story. She seemed to lose some of her initial charm and became more of a plot device.
