My Thoughts on Encroachment

"Encroachment" promised a mature romance with childhood friends, a beautiful female lead, and a handsome male lead – all elements that usually hook me right in. While there were glimpses of brilliance, my overall experience was unfortunately mixed.

Initially, I was drawn in by the premise of childhood love and the potential for a deep, character-driven story. The setup, with doctors and first love, felt like the perfect recipe for a heartwarming, albeit steamy, romance. I was ready to dive headfirst into the lives of these characters and get invested in their journey.
