This title is certainly a mouthful, but after diving into the story, I found a web novel that, while not perfect, offers a surprisingly engaging reading experience. The premise is undeniably over-the-top. Our male protagonist, reeling from a breakup, heroically saves a beautiful girl from a speeding car, taking the hit himself. This act of selflessness sets off a chain of events that are, shall we say, unconventional.

I appreciate the core narrative of the MC finding happiness and self-worth after a painful rejection. The development of the relationship between the MC and the girl he saved is a central draw, offering a sweet and engaging dynamic as they grow closer. I found myself rooting for them. The story is easy to get into, and the author does a decent job of creating a lighthearted atmosphere, even with the initial heavy subject matter.
Areas of Concern
While the story is enjoyable, it does have its shortcomings. The level of gratitude shown by the rescued girl and her father can feel a bit excessive and unrealistic, pushing the boundaries of believability. The MC's ex-girlfriend's storyline also presents a few issues, with some of her actions and motivations feeling underdeveloped. Her actions are very teenage like, as is the MC's lack of experience.
