He meets our ML, a pirate and overlord of the town who is in search of our MC's kind of people. The initial chapters paint a vivid picture of Cheonghwa Town, a place teeming with both beauty and brutality. It's a world ripe with potential, and the author does a great job of slowly unveiling its secrets.
