My Thoughts on Back to the Peak

"Back to the Peak" promised a unique blend of sci-fi, adventure, and romance, and after diving in, I found it to be a mostly enjoyable, if somewhat uneven, experience. The premise of a reborn rad-energy warrior in a post-apocalyptic Earth teeming with mutated creatures definitely grabbed my attention.

First Impressions

I was immediately drawn to the world-building. The concept of radiation energy functioning similarly to cultivation in xianxia novels, but with a futuristic twist, felt fresh. The idea of underground and mobile cities, alongside the existence of tech implants and advanced science, painted a vivid and intriguing picture.
