The whole "leveling up" concept is well-integrated. The pacing, at least in the beginning, felt pretty solid as the MC started his journey. However, as I progressed, some issues started to surface. One of my biggest hang-ups centered around the MC's personality and decision-making. I couldn't quite grasp his motivations behind keeping everyone in the dark, especially when a little transparency could potentially benefit humanity as a whole.
Furthermore, some of the supporting characters felt a bit underdeveloped. I struggled to connect with them, and their actions sometimes seemed inconsistent or illogical. The interactions between characters, while aiming for lightheartedness, occasionally fell flat, feeling more like filler than meaningful development.
