The whole "leveling up" concept is well-integrated. The pacing, at least in the beginning, felt pretty solid as the MC started his journey. I appreciated the focus on his initial preparations; it made the impending apocalypse feel more real. The action sequences were also engaging, providing a good dose of adrenaline.

However, as I progressed, some issues started to surface. One of my biggest hang-ups centered around the MC's personality and decision-making. He often comes across as aloof and frustratingly secretive. His reluctance to share vital information, even with those who have shown him kindness, felt contrived and, frankly, a bit unlikeable. I couldn't quite grasp his motivations behind keeping everyone in the dark, especially when a little transparency could potentially benefit humanity as a whole.
Furthermore, some of the supporting characters felt a bit underdeveloped. I struggled to connect with them, and their actions sometimes seemed inconsistent or illogical. The interactions between characters, while aiming for lightheartedness, occasionally fell flat, feeling more like filler than meaningful development.
