Description
A woman who died from an incurable disease was reincarnated in a magical world. A magical world. In this world, 70% of the population were magicians. Magicians would create their own magic, imbued with their wishes, and grow along with the magic they created. Yoo Eunha, the reincarnated woman, was completely captivated by the mysterious charm of magic, something she had only seen in comics or novels in her previous life. To top it off, Yoo Eunha was an extraordinary genius, capable of creating magic at the age of five! However, the world was vast, and Eunha was not the only genius. “You… are peculiar.” The first friend she met through her parents’ connection. “Don’t look down on me!” “Hmph.” “Huh? What’s going on? You shouldn’t fight!” The friends she made at school. “Do you think magic is a game?” And… a connection from her past life. Yoo Eunha grew while being intertwined with many people and amidst various incidents and accidents. She laughed, cried, got angry, and chatted; at times, it was difficult and exhausting, but when she looked back, she could describe those days as happy. However, this world was far from a peaceful one.

My Thoughts on Prologue Story
"Prologue Story" presents a unique premise, blending elements of adventure, fantasy, romance, and even a touch of sci-fi. The age progression tag immediately intrigued me, and the idea of a female protagonist hiding her true abilities within a school setting seemed like a recipe for an engaging read. However, diving into the story revealed some complexities that tempered my initial enthusiasm.
First Impressions
The beginning chapters drew me in with their focus on friendship and slice-of-life elements within a modern fantasy world. The protagonist's preference for support roles over direct combat was a refreshing change of pace, balancing her apparent OPness. I found myself enjoying the early stages, particularly the hints of yuri-esque relationships that added a layer of intrigue.
What Works Well
The initial focus on the protagonist and her friends navigating their lives and learning magic is undoubtedly a strong point. The story shines when it explores these relationships and the world around them. The concept of elemental magic and the protagonist's aptitude for support roles, like barrier magic and teleportation, felt well-executed and added depth to the narrative.
Areas of Concern
While the initial setup was promising, certain aspects began to detract from my enjoyment. The introduction of the male lead (ML) around chapter 400 raised some red flags. His behavior, described as consistently rude and demeaning towards the protagonist, seemed out of place and detrimental to their dynamic. The justification for his actions – that he hates seeing her "waste her talent" – didn't resonate with me, especially given the protagonist's clear preference for support roles.

Final Verdict
"Prologue Story" has the potential to be a captivating read, particularly in its early chapters. The world-building, the focus on friendship, and the protagonist's unique abilities are definite strengths. However, the problematic portrayal of the male lead and the questionable romantic dynamic significantly detract from the overall experience. While I appreciate the author's attempt to create a complex relationship, the execution falls short, leaving me with a sense of unease. Proceed with caution, and be prepared for a potentially frustrating romantic subplot.
