- The Villain Doesn’t Want to be Noticed

Description
While selling taiyaki, I was possessed by a tr*shy villain from an adult BL novel. “Hyung… Huaaang!” “Why is he crying?” As soon as I was possessed, a little child was crying in front of me, and I was wiping away his tears, When the handsome main Shou suddenly appeared and punched me in the face. “Ouch.” “You don’t seem like a real human being, Hyung.” It turns out that I was the one who kidnapped and tormented his only younger sibling…Seok Nam-woon, a tr*shy villain who chased after the main Gong until he got sick of it. Then, in the end, the villain Seok Nam-woon gets buried alive by the main Gong! Nam-woon decides to look good to the main Shou and Gong and connect them in order to avoid a miserable ending of being buried alive. After that, he planned to enjoy a leisurely life alone. But why are these Alpha’s sticking to me? “Prove that you like me.” “Is it difficult to move? Haha, you look like an omega.” *** “What did you just say?” “I’ve decided to stop following you.” Kwon Seo-oh’s expression didn’t look good. Weird. Why is he acting like this? “You didn’t really want to be with me either. Just live your life without worrying about me. I’m sorry for bothering you all this time.” Kwon Seo-oh stared at Nam-woon with a blank face. Then, slowly, he spoke up. “Hyung, why are you running away?” “…Running away?” Nam-woon reached for the doorknob behind him. But Kwon Seo-oh’s long, thick hand suddenly grasped Nam-woon’s hand on the doorknob, and with a click, the door was locked. Kwon Seo-oh spoke slowly. “Hyung, I know everything. I know that you’re h**ny for me.” Kwon Seo-oh’s eyes looked a bit strange. “W-What are you talking about? No!” “You always say no.” His hot and firm hand gripped Nam-woon’s arm tightly. “Today, you have to admit it.” What’s heat? Ugh!

My Thoughts on The Villain Doesn’t Want to be Noticed
"The Villain Doesn’t Want to be Noticed" promised a fun blend of villain transmigration, omegaverse dynamics, and a dash of enemies-to-lovers romance. After diving in, I found it to be a mixed bag with moments of brilliance overshadowed by some frustrating inconsistencies.
First Impressions
I was immediately drawn in by the premise. The idea of a protagonist transmigrating into the body of a villain who actively doesn't want to be villainous felt fresh. The early chapters were engaging, particularly the interactions between the MC, Namwoon, and the ML's adorable little brother. That kid is seriously a scene-stealer!
What Works Well
The relationship development between Namwoon and the ML, Seo-oh, is definitely a highlight. It's a slow burn, and I appreciated that the ML doesn't immediately do a 180 and fall head-over-heels. Seeing Namwoon work for his affections, navigating the ML's initial "vinegar jar" attitude, made the eventual connection more satisfying. The author does a good job of creating characters with depth. Namwoon might be a bit clueless at times, but his heart is always in the right place. Plus, the smut? Let's just say it's well-written and adds a certain spice to the story.
Areas of Concern
The biggest issue I encountered was the inconsistent system. It often felt like a plot device rather than an integral part of the story. Its rules seemed arbitrary, and the punishments for going against its directives (like forcing the MC into heat) often felt illogical and more for shock value than actual plot progression. I also found myself questioning some of the MC's choices. He owns a business and a car, but he's doing food deliveries on a hot pink bicycle? It just didn't add up. The shifting character settings were also a little confusing.

Final Verdict
"The Villain Doesn’t Want to be Noticed" is a flawed but ultimately enjoyable read. If you're looking for a perfectly polished story with airtight logic, this isn't it. However, if you're willing to overlook some inconsistencies in exchange for a sweet romance, a cute kid, and some well-written smut, then you might find yourself enjoying this one. I'd give it a solid 3.5 out of 5 stars.
