The premise itself is pretty intriguing: a gender-bending isekai where the protagonist becomes a yokai they themselves created? Sign me up! The tags – action, adventure, fantasy, even a bit of historical – hinted at a potentially wild ride. I was ready for some monster taming, noble intrigue, and maybe even a little religious fanaticism thrown in for good measure.
