She couldn’t feel anything, but she knew she and her child were inside. “Yes, Brother” She looked up at the man on the other end of the line, his voice sounding uncharacteristically affectionate. “I’m on my way out, just give me a minute.” It was an unfamiliar voice, one she’d never heard before. I smirked as I watched him walk out of the room, not even giving him a second glace, as if he didn’t need it because he’d done everything he was supposed to do. I’d heard that pregnancy causes hormonal fluctuations in emotions, so I guess it’s true. I see you’re crying at the sight of him. Yun-seul staggered to her feet and headed to the bathroom, a sigh escaping her lips as she stood under the shower.
