Okay, so I went into "The Baby Land Lord Is Retiring" expecting a heartwarming, fluffy read about a baby running a kingdom. What I got was... something a little different. It definitely has its cute moments, and the premise is undeniably charming, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me in some areas. It felt like a light and easy read that had a strong start but faltered towards the end.
