"My Brother Is an Idol" promised a fluffy romance set against the backdrop of the entertainment world, but my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. While I can see the potential appeal, some elements fell flat for me.

Initially, I was drawn in by the premise of a female protagonist navigating the complexities of having an idol for a brother. The shoujo genre tag also piqued my interest. However, I quickly found myself struggling to connect with the characters, particularly the female lead.

The cringe factor was also rather high during some of the interactions between the main characters.
