My Thoughts on Luna

"Luna" promised a blend of fantasy, romance, and shoujo vibes, all wrapped up in a European-esque academy setting. As a fan of these genres, I dove in with high hopes. After spending some time with Luna and her story, here are my thoughts.

First Impressions

The initial setup is intriguing: a poor but clever protagonist navigating a noble-filled academy while cross-dressing. The premise immediately throws you into a world of secrets and potential romance, with the promise of strong love interests and wealthy characters adding to the allure. I was definitely hooked by the potential for witty banter and dramatic reveals.

What Works Well

The world-building is quite captivating. The academy setting is vividly described, and I could easily picture the grand halls and clandestine corners where Luna's adventures unfold. While I understand the need for suspense, it sometimes felt like information was being withheld purely for the sake of it.
