Description

The comedic narration style, while intended to lighten the mood, occasionally felt jarring against the dark subject matter. I struggled to connect with the story at first, feeling a sense of unease as I tried to understand the world and characters.

Despite the initial difficulties, I appreciate the author's attempt to blend dark themes with humor. The unreliable narrator adds a layer of intrigue, forcing me to question everything I read.
